The Bishop-designato is an enthusiastic bicyclist, and has no idea of abandoning his favourite exercise when he settles down in New Zealand, bo you will have to grow accustomed to see a pair of gaitered legs beneath a black apron propelling a ' patent safety ' along your streets and roads at 20 miles an hour or so.
