A Solicitor Struck off the Roll.
«PRB PBE3S AB3OCUTION.) Wellington, November 15. The Court of Appeal made a rude absolute to strike A. Coates, solicitor, lately practising in Wellington, off the rolls of barristers and solicitors on the grounds of misappropriation of money entrusted to him for investment by a client, Mrs Barrett. The application was made by Mr M. W. Richmond on behalf of the Wellington District Law Society.
