(PKS PKKB3 ASSOCIATION). Wellington, This Day. Richard Henry Burgess, aged about forty, a laborer employed by the City Corporation, was found drowned in the harbor this morning. Deceased was summoned to appear at the Magistrate's Court to-day for assaulting hia wife, with whom he had lived unhappily since he made his property over to her.
