The Carnarvon and Rangitikei Clubs played a match on the ground of the latter on Saturday afternoon, the game resulting in a win for Carnarvon by an innings and 52 runs. The Raugitikei Club made 38 and 46 runs and Carnarvon 132 runs. Bishop, 31, and Askew, 41, played well for Carnarvon, and McLean, 14, played" well for the losers.
