The Wellington Show.

The Wellington Agricultural and Pastoral Association's annual show begins at their grounds at Petoue to-day. The entries aro made up as follow : Sheep 220, cattle 100, horses 232, pigs 16, dogs 10, New Zealand manufactures, wool, produce 177, implements and vehicles 109. An excellent show of stack is promised, especially of horses and fat cattle. Lincoln, Romuey Marsh, and Southdown, aro the principal plasscs of sheep, avid Ayrshire, of which a fine show is expected, shorthorn and Hereford are the leading classes iv cattle.— Times. (PEI PfIESS ASSOCIATION ) Wkllington, This Day. A large number of visitors are in town for the Show. A public holiday will be kept to-morrow, when the Governor and Lady Glasgow will attend. There is a good display of produce.
