The Auckland Suicide Case.

At the inquest on the body of the man Probert, his son deposed that deceased had been brooding over his affairs since his brother John died four years ago and left about £15,000 to the Wesleyan Church and only ±100 to him. Deceased was not destitute. An inspection of the personal property left by Probert, it is stated, had been made, showing-that he had in the Auckland Savings Bank the sum of £'45, so that he was not left in necessitous circumstances.
