0(Per Press Association.) St Petersburg, November 9. It has been arranged that 25,000 of the poor in the city shall be entertained at a banquet after the funeral of the Czar. Bupa Pesth, Nov. 10. A number of members of the Reichstag strongly opposed the message of condolenoe at the death of the Czar, saying that such a message would bo repugnant to the feelings of the Poles, and that the Czar had been the suppressor of the freedom of Hungary. The majority, howovcr, contended that tho decea?od monarch had been a factor in the maintenance of peace, and tho vote was passed.' '
