The Bank of New Zealand.
(FEB PRKSB ASSOCIATION.} Wkluxoton, November 2. A meeting of shareholders of the Bank of New Zealand Avas held this afternoon for the purpose of confirming the resolution passed on October 17th amending the Bank's Deed of Settlement so as to bring it into conformity with provisions of the recently passed Bank of New Zealand Share Guarantee Act. The resolutions were continued. In the absence of the President, the Hon. W. W. Johnston presided.
