Alleged Absconding Debtor.
(Per Press Association). Wellington, Ootober 15. In Chambers this afternoon Mr Justice Richmond made an order directing the issue of a warrant for tbo arrest of Albert Delaney, restauraut keeper, lato of the « Trocadero,' recently opened here. His Honor also directed that the warrant might be transmitted by telegraph to tho Inspector of Police at Auckland.
