MORE JAPANESE SUCCESSES. (FEB PBBBS A8800IATION.) Shanghai, Ootober 12. The Japanese oocupied Wjju on the Bth, dislodging a small body of the enemy and killing one hundred Chinese. The latter occupy the northern bank of the Valu River with batteries, and are building strong earthwork defences which are garrisoned by a large force. Repairs to the Chinese fleet will occupy another ten days. The arsenal at Canton is providing the fleet with largo supplies of shot and shell.
