(PEB PRKSS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, October 5. An important point was decided in Chambers by His Honor Mr Justice Richmond this morning, when he ruled that the user of light over a strip of land, otherwise out of possession ot the person to whom it was granted and in possession of the grantee of the adjoining property, did not constitute a bar to the acquisition of title by a neighbour through the operation of the statute of limitations. The point ai-oso out of a caveat entered by Jacob Joseph against the bringing of property on Lainbton Qua? under the Land Transfer Act by the oxeoutors of the late C. W. Schultze.
