A POLICEMAN'S FINGER BITTEN OFF. (Per Press Association). Adelaide, This Day. A shopkeeper named O'Kneel suddenly went mad, and made a violent attack on a lady customer. The police with some difficulty effected his arrest, hut one of the constables had a finger bitten off. The maniac was howling like a dog, and presented symptoms of hydrophobia.
