Frozen Meat Trade.

(Per Press Association. London, Sept 26. Mr Pateson, of the fresh Food and Ice Company, Sydney, who has returned from a visit to Vienna, declares that there is a ready trade there for 5<K) bullocks weekly and that the meat would realise 4d per lb. He advises shippers to remove the fat and send the best beef, and only legs of mutton. He also advises the appointment of an agent to control the sale and believes the Austrian Government would accept the health certificates of their consulfl in Australia, and the meat would thus ayoid restrictions on its arriyal in Austria. .
