American Wool Tariff.

Messrs Barraud and Abraham have forwarded us the following comparative table showing the difference between the new and old United States Tariff :

* To come into force January ist, 1895. In connection with the foregoing Messrs R. T. Turnbull and Co. (Messrs Barraud and Abraham's London agents) write as follows : "If the Bill as now passed actually becomes law without hindrance or new development, the reductions on goods and yarns will benefit all European manufacturers and give a greater impetus to the 'raw material ' than the freeing of that same from all duty in America."
