New South Wales Loan.
A GREAT SUCCESS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) London, September 20. Tenders were opened to-day for the New South Wales loan of £882,000 at 8£ per cent, with a minimum of £100. The total amount tendered was £4,268,000. The average was about £101 15s. Tenders at £101 18s get six per cent. A syndicate tendered for £1,745,000 at jfclOl 13s. Another syndicate tendered for £200,000 at £102 18b 6d. There were many small public tenders. The highest offer was £102.
