(Per Press Association). Calcutta. Sept. 14. Mahometans who were praying in a mosque at Poonah objected to the din caused by the music from a Hindoo pro cession. The Hindoof, however. perais» ted. and a fierce fight took place, in which 4000 men took part. The result was that the mosque was demolished. September 15. It is suggested in Poonah that a His* doo manifesto and prominent Brahmios urge an outbreak againstjibe Moslems as the first step towards the overthrow of the British. .
