The War Between Japan and China.
1200 Japanese killed. (Per PreßS Association.) Shanghai, September 14. A message received here states that the Fusan rebels recently killed 2000 Japanese. It is reported in Fusan that Southern Cores has amen against tho Japanese, and a rebel attack on Fusan is feared. Two thousand Japanese reinforcements haro arrived here. Mxlboubne, September 14. The Governor has received a proclama* tion from the Secretary of State for the Colonies enjoining the colony to observe a strict neutrality in connection with the Corsan war.
