Meeting at Campbelltown.

The quarterly meeting in connection with the Primitive Methodist Church k„u „*. o i — ha_ * i„„ irci^i nciu aii v-u.ujpucwi.P-MV 11 jfcotoiuttj, when there was a good attendance of delegates from various parts of the district. The balance-sheet was read, showing a small credit on the quarter's work. It was arranged that tho services hitherto carried on by Mr Robey, in the Makino Schoolhouse should be conducted by the Primitive Methodist body after Sunday next. After a long sitting the meeting was adjourned to Feilding on Monday next. A tea was held in the Church at the conclusion of the meeting, to which ample justice was dove. After the tea a public meeting was held, when short addresses were given by the Rev. G. Clement, and Messrs J. Gould (who acted as chairinau), A. Linton, Glover, Arnold, and H. P. Thompson. Recitations were given by Misses B, and A. Jarvis ? May 'Gloyef» and Mr J. B. Merritt, jind a reading by Mr G. Hunt. Several musical items were rendered by the choir, Miss Jarvis presiding at the organ- At the conclusion votes of thanks were passed to all those who had assisted in the church work.
