A Sad Fatality.
THE RESULT OF SNOW BALLING. | Per Press Association, j Chbibtchcrch, Sept 4. A sad fatality, arising out of snow ha liug, occurred near the Artl.ur street sch'tol this morning. Goo Henry, aged 12 years, wan proceeding towards the school with a companion, when a snowball was thrown at a passer-by, who carried a stick and ran after the boys in a threatening manner. Henry, who was running backwards, slipped, falling on the tram line in front of a tram car. Be fore the car could be stopped, the boy received injuries to the base of the skull, which caused almost instantaneous death.
