The Post this afternoon says present indications point to Sir Westby Percival as the first President of the Bank • of New Zealand, but the Colonial Treasurer says it is not correct. The same paper says the Hon. Mr * Larnach is mentioned as a possible Agent-General, and when the Colonial Treasurer was asked if Government j had decided on the person to be ap- > pointed Agent-General next December ■ he merely replied that the gentleman ' to fill the office would be generally approved. - _^____________
