PASSED THROUGH THE LEGISLATURE. < Welijkgtok, August 24. In the Legislative Council to-day, the Pohaugina County Bill pasted through Committee without amehd* meDt, was read a third, time land passed. As it comes ill force on October Ist, the first election of the County Councillors will be held in November next. — Standard.
