HE DESCRIBES DAVITT AS A SCOUNDREL. j (Per Press Association). London, August 20. At a lecture delivered by O'Donovan Eossa, James Stevens, who was the Irish Head Centre in 186.5, presided. In the course of his remarks the lecturer said he did not despair of bringing England to her knoee. He denounced both of the Irish sections in Parliament, and called Mr M. Davitt a scoundrel.
