An English Vessel Chased by Japanese Cruisers.
(Per Press Association). Thvbsday Island. This Day. The steamer Onthrie has arrived here from Eastern ports. The Captain reports that when off the coast of Japan he was chased by two torpedo cruisers, which made off after satisfying themselves that the Guthrie was not carrying Chinese troops.
