Mr 1 Alexander Francis, Secretary of the i Committee of Investigation, however, j explains that the report was withdrawn, , and a full enquiry convinced the Committee of the truth of the charges. Miss ' Marsden has issued writs against the ' Leper Fund Committee and Mr Francis, Secretary to that body. i
