Drowning Fatality.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Day. Shortly after one o'clock this morning a man named Earl was found drowned in the harbor. He was employed ou one of the Union Company's hulks, and it is supposed he fell in while entering the boat to go off to the hulk.
