(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Tbis Day. In suit Harris v. Harris, wife's petition for judicial separation on the ground of cruelty, the Chief Justice dismissed the case stating the allegations of ill usage were entirely disproved, and misconduct was shown on the petitioner's side.
