(Per Press Association). Sydney, August 2. The following is the formation of the new Ministry :— Premier and Treasurer, Mr G. M. Reid ; Colonial Secretary, Mr J. N. Brnnker ; Public Works, Mr J. H. Young ; Public Instruction, Mr J. Gerrard; Mines Department, Mr Sydney Smith; Lands, Mr J. H. Carruthers; Justice, Mr A. J. Gould; PostmasterGeneral, Mr J. Cook (late Leader of the Labonr Party); Attorney-General, Mr Simpson ; Vice-President of the Executive, Hon. W. H. Sutton, M.L.C. This pay. The members of the new Ministry j have all had experience in Ministerial 1 life. The ill-feeling which prevails be- . tween Sir H.
