Supposed Case of Suicide.
I Per Puess Association,! Napieb, This Day. Mark Mitchell, settler, of Hastings, it i missing, and it is believed he has committed suicide while suffering from melancholia Mitchell was found in a sheep pool at Frimley itation and rescued, being very ill. While being conveyed to the Napier hospital he must have slipped out of the vehicle. The night was dark and though every search was made he could not be found. It is believed Mitchell was overcome by illness and melancholia, got out of the ambulance at Pathowhai bridge, and threw himself into the river.
