It is very satisfactory to note that the iii<w stock issue of the Bank of New Zealand has been largely over-sub »crihedata premium of 102^. New Zealand 3^ per cents are also at a higher value than heretofore quoted, and these facts are apparently proof that the Home people have a higher opinion of New Zealand stock. We congratulate the Bank on the success that has attended the issue of its new ''<jck.
