PARTICULARS OF THE CRIME.
Lees' confession stated that Mackay, the murdered man, caught hold of a third man who was with them named Campbell or Johustou. When the alarm was rained ho refused to reloas him, and Lees then leaned over the couuter and shot > ackay.
