Women's Franchise in Victoria.

0 (.PEB FBB3S ASSOCIATION,] Melboubne, July 19. In the debate on the second reading of the Bill to grant the franchise to women, the opinions, for the moat part, arc either against the principle altogether, or in favour of ascertaining whether the great body of women demanded the franchise. The debate is proceeding.
