The Labor Riots in the States.
(PER PBKSB ASSOCIATION ) Washington, Julj 17. The trades Union declining to support him, Dubs has failed in his attempt to reorganise the strike. A section of the railway owners are reducing wages by 10 per cent. A cable message from Washington states that owing to negroes replacing some strikers they were attacked by Alabama tamers. The police were called into i:be rescue, and shot six of the assailants.
