We have authority far stating tfr^fc }f the resideots of Feilding prepare .two separate petition^ one to the Posta »©w J?&& P5J99
building, and the other to the Minister of Public Works, requesting that th« Railway Station accommodation be increased, and forward them to the representative of the District, Mr John Stevens, M.H.R., they will receive his cordial support, and the necessary sums will probably be put on the Estimates. We would urge on the Mayor, Mr Carthew, to move in the matter with all convenient despatch.
