Home Politics.
(Per Prcis Association.) London, June 22. Sir W. Harcourfc said that when the colonies were charged with estate duty that amount would be deducted when a similar abatement was conceded to Great Britain. Ho also explained that the property in the colonies liable to other taxation would bo exempted from estate duties. The Times says it will be surprised if the concession made by Sir W. Harcourt disarms the resentment of the colonies. As the matter now stands the original demand is enforced unless valuable consideration is paid for its removal.
