Mosare f'\ B. Jackson & Co report on their Johnsonville sale as follows : — We had a good jard of cattle for today's market. Beef sold at a shade over last snip's rates The sheep were of a vny poor description ; no really prime mutton was entered Pigs were small and rough. We quote : — Cattle. — Bullocks, £7 5s to £8 ss ; others, £6 12s 6J to _t"7 ; or equal to 19d the lOOlbs. Sheep —Inferior wethers, 10s 6d ; ewes, 7s lid to 9s ; store ewes, on 6<l. l J igs. — Small porkers, 18^ to 22s ; stores 13s to 17^ ; suckers, 2<* 6d to 9s.
