(PBB PKE39 ASSOCIATION^ London. June 16 The Standard doubts whether Sir G. K. Dibbs' federation proposals are nioro workable than those of Sir Henry Parkes. Sydxey, This Day. Sir Henry Parkes says Sir Georgo Dibbs' federation scheme is so utterly ridiculous that he has not bestowed any atteution upon it, and he believes the other colonies will have nothing to do with it.
