Stock Markets.

A. G. Tame and Co. report of their usual horse sale at their yards to-day : — There was a fair entry of horses, but buyers were by no means plentiful, and a number were passed unsold. For good young horses suitable for spring dray and express work, buyers were present, and up to £14 was offered for some good sorts, but sellers' ideas of value were beyond that price. Until the balance of Sydney consignments are cleared off we do not expect the market to improve. Quotations remain at about the same as last week. On Wednesday we will offer 20 horses on account of Messrs Hocken Bros., of Feilding, mostly good draughts.
