[Per Press Association.] Wellington, May 19 The Commission appointed to enquire into to charges brought by Mr Cbariton agaiust Mr Ritchie, Secretary of Agriculture, and Mr Hull, Stock Inspector, to* port that the accusations were groundless and should never have been made, Churl ton's resignation, which was sent in be* fore the enquiry, has been accepted. Mr Gilruth al»o forwarded his resignation, but has since withdrawn it, and his sal ary vrill be i creased to £850 with travelling expenses'.
