A Demand for Land.
(Per Press Association). Dunkpin, May 18. At Wright, Stephenson and Co.'s sale of Logan's Popotunoa estate, cut op into 36 farms, 28 were sold. The homestead farm, containing 652 acres, with its tine buildings and beautiful native bush, was sold at £4 15s per acre to the representative of Misses Louise and Emma Logan Tho range of prices was from £2 18s to £5 7s 6d per acre, and of the 5,423 acres offered, 3,738 were sold at ao average of £3 15s 7d per acre.
