PROFESSOR MORRIS' APPEAL FOR HELP. (Per Press Association). London, May 17. Professor Morris, of Melbourne, in a letter to the Ci cues, appeals for funds for the Melbourne unemployed. Later. Mr Gillies, Agent-General for Victoria, considers Professor Morris 1 appeal for funds to assist the Melbourne unemployed is unwise and likely to do much barm to the colonies. Many colonists are indignant at the action of the professor.
