[Per Press Association.] Berlin, May 12. Much anti-English *euumeut was displayed throughout the country about New Zealand's proposals to aunex Samoa, and the Germans generally fear that America is becoming a tool of England. It is suggested that England should be satisfied with Tonga. The Colonial Party in Berlin has petitioned the Kaiser to protect Samoa. The Berlin Post states that Germany has decided to assemble a large squadron at Samoa. Three cruisers will be sent from tbe South American station to reinforce the Fulke aDd the Brussard.
