Found Drowned.
(Per Press Association.) New Plymouth, This Day. A man was found drowned this morning in the ornamental water in the Recreation ground. Later. ' The man found drowned in the Recreation ground lake has been indenfcified as Chfts. Francis who has been missing from Manaia road since April 30th. The body has been in the water for some days and is much decomposed. Francis was always considered out of his mind.
