An Interesting Case.
(Per Press Association.) Wkli.inotdn, Tins Day. In the Appeal Court, Tarry v. tho Taranaki County Council, a case of interest to all local bodies i.s being argued. The plaintiff, a coach driver, wlio was injured by falling into a hole on a road, sued the Council and failed, the Magistrate holding that it was uot such culpable nc^li»ence on the part of the Couucil as would entitle the plaintiff to recover damages. The case was then removed direct to the Appeal Court.
