A NUMBER OF PERSONS FINED. | Per Press Association. J Wellington, This Day. At the Magistrate's Court, Cullen of Manaia, Alden of Patea, tho Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operation Association, and the Egmont Farmers' Association, pleaded guilty to exporting butter not marked in accordance with the Dairy Industry Act, 1892. Mr Martin. S.M., imposed a penalty of £5, with costs. He remarked if the cirumstanccs warranted a remission of the tine, aud application be made, he would recommend the Goveruuieut to reduce the amount.
