The Panama Canal Scandal.
A BANKER FORCED TO DISGORGE 4,000,000 FRANCS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION^. Pabib, May 3. The tribunals have ordered Oberndoffer, banker, to return the sum of 4,000,000 francs, which he received for issuing Panama Canal bonds. The prosecution of Di* Herzi in connection with the Panama Canal has been abandoned, he having paid the liquidators a sum of one million and ahalf francs. The executors in the estate of M. Reinach have paid a similar amount.
