THE INVESTORS' REVIEW AT TACKS THEM. [Per Press Association.] London. April 27. The Investors' Review says that the wholesale deaths among sheep during the drought** in the Australian Colonies can only be characterised as a gigantic crime due to insatiable greed, and that if half tho population died from hunger and thirst it would be an incomplete retribution.
