FURTHER ARRESTS AND DISCOVERIES. [PEB PEESS ASSOCIATION.] Paris, April 27. It has been ascertained that Fenelon, the War Office official who has been placed under arrest, acted as an International postman for the Anarchists, and distributed all their correspondence. Ah an outcome of the arrest of Mathia, the Anarchist, an official in the French War Office has been arrested on the charge of having exposives and incriminating documents in his possession.
