. -0. . LYNCH LAW IN FORCE. [Per Press Association J . Perth, April 27. News has been received that lynch law is being adopted at the Coolgardie mines. A miner who was detected robbing a tent a had rope placed round his neck and a tree selected on which to hoist him. He was only saved by the intervention of several miners.
