A VICTORY FOR THE PRESS 1 (*EB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, April 23 The editor of the Evening Post has taken the advice of Sir Robert Stout on the decision of the Cabinet refusing admission of representatives of that paper into the Government Building*. Sir Robert holds that Government have no power to prevent any person from entering the buildings on lawful business, and says that such refusal would constitute grounds for action for damages.
