••ENOUGH TO POISON ANYBODY." [FES FBSB3 ASSOCIATION J Christchurch, April 21. At the inquest on the body of Benjamin Midgley, Constable Doughan produced a small bottle containing brandy, which he had found near the body. The coroner, after tasting the liquor, directed tho officer to forward it to the Chris church Police Station with a view to having it analysed, as he declared it to be "filthy stuff enough to poison anybody." The constable stated he had not yet, been able to ascertain where the liquor had been obtained.
